The only data we hold is information provided by yourselves in order to process an order you have placed, and might include your name, address, telephone number and email address. We never see any payment card details for orders placed online, and we only keep card details given by customers over the phone for as long as we need to, to process an order. Please e-mail us if you wish to have your data removed from our system in the event that you do not expect us to need it in future.
We respect your privacy, and can assure you that we do not share your data with anyone.
There is a single carriage charge based on the most sizeable item in your order. The cost ranges from £10.50 for smaller, lighter items through to £25.00 for oversize/heavy items (e.g. Rose arches and Pillars) or (£49.50 for the Garden Gate) and the applicable rate will be shown on the Shopping Cart page before you place your order.
Despatch is normally within 5-7 working days of receipt of order, but may be slightly longer at busy times.
Please e-mail us with details of your order as surcharges may apply, especially on larger items.
Due to administration costs we regret we are currently suspending deliveries overseas.
We regret we are unable to take pre-orders / reservations for out-of-stock items, but all products in the range usually become available within 2-3 weeks, and our website is updated regularly.
Our small to medium products are packed in hessian sacks or tubing. For larger items we leave off packaging altogether, except for protection around the base of the product.
